Recognizing the systematic gap in youth preparation, I founded Y-SER Youth to scale this impact. We serve as a vital community bridge, installing essential life domains in underserved students to ensure they graduate ready for higher education, trade schools, and lifelong independence.
Our Strategy This Fall
Launching this fall, we are taking an intentional, supportive approach to student onboarding by breaking our cirriculum down one module at a time through a phased environment:
Phase 1: Safe Online Learning
We begin in a secure digital environment, allowing students to comfortably familiarize themselves with each other while driving into our initial lessons.
Phase 2: Public Community Sessions
Once a strong foundation of trust and camaraderie is built online, we will transition to interactive, face-to-face meetings in safe, local public settings.
